I was born and raised in rural west central Minnesota. Growing up caring for animals showed me firsthand that we are created with an inborn capacity for healing and adapting. A desire to support that innate process led to a career in chiropractic.

My professional background includes a Bachelor of Science from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN, both magna cum laude. I am a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA) and have completed their Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics, a program involving extensive training in all aspects of family wellness, pediatric and maternity care, and care of the challenged child. I am also certified in the Webster Technique and have advanced training in neurodevelopmental disorders and nutrition.

My primary focus with patients is gentle removal of vertebral subluxation. I use Torque Release, Functional Analysis, Logan Basic and Thompson techniques to provide specific adjustments to the spine where indicated by a thorough neuro-spinal examination. I often work closely with other specialists in the area who are able to address other facets of health that need attention. I also enjoy supporting positive lifestyle changes and getting to know my patients.

My husband, Lukas, and I have four energetic children who live life with passion. Whenever possible we are outside playing, biking, digging in the dirt, building fires and exploring. You might get to meet them at the office someday!
